Ransford Osei Bio

Ransford Osei (born December 5, 1990 in Accra) is a Ghanaian footballer who currently plays as a striker for Dutch side FC Twente on loan from Israeli side Maccabi Haifa. He is part of Ghana national football team.

Osei began his career at his homeland club Kessben.
On 28 February 2008 Ransford Osei was to join Polish club, Legia Warszawa for a half year loan with a further option to buy. Due to a work permit issue, the transfer was blocked by FIFA, Osei stayed in Kessben.


In 2008 he joined Israel based side Maccabi Haifa on loan. After impressing the club officials he was awarded with a permanent three year contract. Osei had in October 2008 a short stint by Bechem Chelsea and scores the golden goal for the climbing in the Ghana Premier League against Brong Ahafo United.


In July 2009 he joined Dutch side FC Twente on a year long loan deal.
